Birth Preparation Resources.

The following is a collection of tools I share with my clients throughout their pregnancy as they prepare for birth. Hopefully you’ll find them insightful.

Happy birthing. Xx

  1. Physiological Birth Podcast Playlist.

This is a curated playlist of podcasts I find informative and inspiring when it comes to understanding physiological birth.

2. Optimal Maternal Positioning.

I was introduced to OMP by my beautiful friend Danae Cappelletto during my 1st pregnancy in 2021.

The principles and premise of OMP really aligned with my own knowledge and understanding of the body and pelvic space. I incorporated The Pelvic Alignment Exercises from around 25 weeks with both of my pregnancies and found them to be incredibly beneficial not only physically for my body, but also the ritualistic aspect of coming together each day with my birth partner to work through the exercises. We would use the time to talk about the birth or postpartum plans while listening to our birth playlist.

3. Birth Bag Essentials list.

This is a list of 10 items I found incredibly useful for my births and early postpartum days. It is by no means an exhaustive list, just some of the items I recommend getting your hands on.
